Prescriptions
You may renew you prescription using one of the following methods:Email:
Please complete the Prescription Renewal Form and email it to your local Primacare Medical & Dental Centre. The Email for each location can be found on the locations page or alternatively you can send it to prescriptions@primacare.ie. The prescription will be ready for collection at your local centre the following day.
Fax:
Please complete the Prescription Renewal Form and and fax it to your local Primacare Medical & Dental Centre. The Fax number for each location can be found on the locations page. The prescription will be ready for collection at your local centre the following day.
Post:
Please complete the Prescription Renewal Form and post it to your local Primacare Medical & Dental Centre. The full postal Address for each location can be found on the locations page. The prescription will be ready for collection at your local centre the following day, alternatively you may forward a stamped address envelope at least 1 week before the renewal & your prescription will be posted back to you.
In Person:
Please complete the Prescription Renewal Form and drop it in at your local Primacare Medical & Dental Centre. Your prescription will be available for collection between 5.00pm and 7.00pm the following evening.
